Cooperation networks
In order to develop, the arts and well-being sector requires cross-administrative and diverse cooperation and extensive networking. This is reflected in national networks of actors, which are characterized by a desire to develop their activities together and to share know-how and good practice, openly supporting each other.
Also in Oulu, different actors in the field of arts and well-being work closely with both regional and national actors and networks.
