Event calendar form

The information given can be used in Valve's communications (mainly social media). The filled in information will be forwarded to Valve ticket office staff. The contact info given is used to get additional information if needed. The information is kept for six months. We reserve the right to edit and shorten the texts. The event calendar is updated during Valve ticket office's opening hours.

The event image can be send to laura.karki(at)ouka.fi. Aspect ratio is 16:9 and size preferably 1366x768 px.

The events in Valve's event calendar will also be published in the event calendars of My Oulu and Kaleva. In case you don't want your event to be published also in the event calendars of My Oulu and Kaleva, check the box "Tapahtumatietoja ei saa julkaista MunOulu -kalenterissa" (The event info should not be published in My Oulu event calendar).

Tapahtuman kuvaus verkkosivulle (LYHYT KUVAUS (SUOMEKSI JA ENGLANNIKSI), KESTO, IKÄSUOSITUS, LIPPUHINNASTO, MAHDOLLISET MUUT ERITYISHUOMIOT) Suositus n. 600 merkkiä, max. 1500 merkkiä.

Tapahtuman lyhyt kuvaus painettuun tapahtumaesitteeseen (ESITE ILMESTYY 4 KRT/VUOSI, TEKSTI SUOMEKSI JA ENGLANNIKSI) Max 300 merkkiä.
