We at Cultural Centre Valve and General Cultural Services take part in versatile cooperation with arts and culture associations, artists and event organizers. In addition to Cultural Centre Valve located in Oulu City Centre, Oulu Culture Centre for Children and Youth operates under us. We also work for the benefit of Arts and Well-being. Through Valve’s Urban Neighbourhood Culture’s services, our operations spread across the whole Oulu area.
