Gallery Oskari Jauhiainen is located in Syke-talo in Kiiminki. The Gallery exhibits the Kiiminki-born sculptor Oskari Jauhiainen’s life work. In addition to the permanent exhibition, the gallery presents changing exhibitions coordinated by Valve’s Urban Neighbourhood Culture. Current exhibitions are listed on our event calendar.

Permanent Exhibition

The permanent exhibition of Gallery Oskari Jauhiainen presents the life work of the Kiiminki-born sculptor, academic and professor Oskari Jauhiainen. His work is a significant part of Finnish post-war sculpture. The exhibition consists of over 20 bronze and wood sculptures made by Jauhianen. The Gallery also exhibits Oskari Jauhianen’s apprentice Anja Juurikka’s (1923–2015) ceramics she made for Arabia.
