The rental prices include VAT 25,5%.
Cancellation policy
Cancelling reservations without a cancellation fee is possible if made 72 hours before the reservation, excluding Valvesali Hall and Valve Gallery.
Reservations for Valve Gallery must be cancelled at least three (3) months in advance. Otherwise full rental fee will be charged.
Reservations for more than two days for Valvesali Hall must be cancelled at least three (3) months in advance and other reservations at least one (1) month in advance. Otherwise full rental fee will be charged. From 1 January 2025: Reservations for more than two days for Valvesali Hall must be cancelled at least six (6) months in advance and other reservations at least three (3) months in advance. Otherwise full rental fee will be charged. Cultural Centre Valve also has the same right to cancel the reservation without compensation for reservations of more than two days 6 months before the start of the reservation and 3 months before the start of the reservation for shorter ones.
Please note that when making a reservation, remember to consider the time needed for arranging and cleaning the space.
