Versatile Spaces for Recreational Activities

Valve has multiple different sorts and sizes of spaces suitable for many types of recreational activities.

Dance Studios

Valve has three versatile dance studios suitable for different activities, all located on the third floor. The dance studios are used by different ballet/dance schools, sports clubs, associations, companies, private operators and hobby groups. Dance studios can be accessed through Valve lobby, by using the stairs or the elevator. Along the dance studio corridor, you can also find changing rooms with showers. From the same corridor you can also find two unisex toilets.

Kantti Crafts Workshop

Kantti Crafts Workshop is located on street level at Valve. Entrance can be found in the corner of restaurant Valveen Paljetti space, on the right hand side of the counter. Kantti is used by different hobby groups and art clubs. Kantti is also suitable for small meetings.

Comics and Animation Classroom

Comics and Animation Classroom is located on the street level of Valve, on Ojakatu street side of the building. Classroom can be accessed from Ojakatu street and its entrance is not accessible. Comics and animation classroom is used by Valve’s Film School. Please check the event’s specific arrival information, and possible meeting spot from the organizer before the event starts.

Video Shop

Video Shop is located on the street level of Valve. Entrance can be found in the corner of restaurant Valveen Paljetti space, on the right hand side of the counter. Video Shop is used by Valve Film School. Film School teachers will inform the groups about the schedule and meeting spots before the start of the season.

Sanataidevintti – Literary Arts Attic

Sanataidevintti (eng. Literary Arts Attic) is located on the third floor, at the Hallituskatu street’s end of the dance studio corridor. When arriving, follow the dance studio signs. Third floor can be accessed from Valve lobby, using the stairs or the elevator. Literary Arts Attic is used by Valve Literary Arts School’s groups. Literary Arts teachers will inform the groups about schedules and a meeting spot before the season starts.

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room equipped with conference technology, is located on the third floor. Meeting room’s separate entrance can be found on the Ojakatu street’s side.

Facilities are mainly locked. Valve in-house services will open the doors by request when needed.
