The staff of City of Oulu’s General Cultural Services works at Cultural Centre Valve. Through our work we support Oulu based cultural activities, and take part in producing cultural services for the whole city area.

In addition to Cultural Centre Valve, General Cultural Services cover the Oulu Culture Centre for Children and Youth, as well well as the promotion of Urban Neighbourhood Culture and Arts and Well-being.
