Together for Different Target Groups

The Arts and Well-being services are aimed especially for elderly people, families with children, people with disabilities, as well as youth, and young adults who face challenges with mental health or employment.

In arts and well-being we commit to multidisciplinary collaborations, while aiming to strengthen the opportunities and structural development of cooperation. Our major partners amongst many others are City of Oulu Youth Services, Byström One-Stop Guidance Centre and Preparatory Education for an Upper Secondary Qualification.

Cultural Well-Being Strategy

The Cultural Well-Being Strategy of City of Oulu (2021–2026) aims to add arts and culture services as a part of the city provided services. The strategy compliments city’s other documents. The strategy is only available to read in Finnish.

Kaikukortti Card

With the Kaikukortti card you can get free tickets to culture events and locations. Kaikukortti card is intended for people who due to financial constraints can’t afford entrance tickets.

Lämpiö

Lämpiö platform gathers Finnish elderly to sing, exercise, read, and watch high quality cultural programmes together. Lämpiö is only available in Finnish and Swedish.
