Muutoksia Valveen vuokrahintoihin ja -ehtoihin
Kulttuuritalo Valveen tuntikohtaiset tilavuokrahinnat ja vuokraehdot muuttuvat vuoden 2025 alusta. Tilavuokrahintoja korotetaan kuluttajaindeksin mukaan 22,85 prosenttia. Edellinen hintojen tarkistus on tehty tammikuussa 2015. Uudet hinnat löytyvät vuokraehtoja koskevalta verkkosivultamme. Hintojen muutos ei koske vuoden 2025 vahvistettuja varauksia, eli varauksia, joihin olet jo saanut meiltä sähköpostitse vahvistuksen.
Samalla päivitämme myös Valvesalin varaus- ja peruutusehtoja. Jatkossa yli kahden päivän varaukset tulee peruuttaa viimeistään 6 kk ennen varauksen alkupäivämäärä. Tätä myöhemmin perutuista varauksista perimme varauksen koko maksun. Lyhyemmissä varauksissa maksuton peruutusaika on 3 kk. Myös kulttuuritalo Valveella on sama oikeus peruuttaa varaus korvauksetta yli kahden päivän varausten osalta 6 kk ennen varauksen alkua ja lyhyemmissä 3 kk ennen varauksen alkua.
Lisäksi edellytämme jatkossa Valvesalin varaajia tarjoamaan esityksiin joitain Kaikukortti-paikkoja. Kulttuuritalo Valve on mukana valtakunnallisessa, kulttuurin saavutettavuutta edistävässä Kaikukortti-verkostossa. Kaikukortin tavoitteena on parantaa taloudellisesti tiukassa tilanteessa olevien nuorten, aikuisten, perheiden ja ikäihmisten mahdollisuuksia osallistua kulttuurielämään. Toimintamalli on valtakunnallinen ja kehitetty yhdessä kulttuuri-, sote- ja hyte-alan toimijoiden sekä köyhyysasiantuntijoiden ja kokemusasiantuntijoiden kanssa. Toimijoille Kaikukortti-toiminta tuo mahdollisuuden edistää saavutettavuutta ja myös tavoittaa uusia kävijöitä. Lisätietoa löydät Kaikukortin verkkosivustolta.
Changes to Valve’s Rental Prices and Terms
The hourly rental rates and terms for the Valve Cultural Center will change at the beginning of 2025. Rental prices will be increased by 22.85 percent according to the consumer price index. The last price adjustment was made in January 2015. The new prices can be found on our website under rental terms. The price change does not affect confirmed reservations for the year 2025, meaning reservations that you have already received email confirmation for from us.
At the same time, we are also updating the booking and cancellation terms for the Valve Hall. From now on, reservations for more than two days must be canceled at least 6 months before the start date of the reservation. For reservations canceled later than this, we will charge the full amount of the reservation. For shorter reservations, the free cancellation period is 3 months. The Valve Cultural Center also reserves the right to cancel a reservation without charge for bookings of more than two days, 6 months before the start of the reservation, and for shorter bookings, 3 months before the start.
In addition, we will now require those booking the Valve Hall to offer some Kaikukortti places for performances. The Valve Cultural Center is part of the national Kaikukortti network, which promotes the accessibility of culture. The goal of the Kaikukortti is to improve the opportunities for young people, adults, families, and seniors in tight financial situations to participate in cultural life. The operating model is national and has been developed together with cultural, social, and health sector operators, as well as poverty experts and experience experts.
